Hi Mom! Your pictures are so gorgeous! I love this picture of the temple and lights! Maybe I'll get my kids up there this year to look at the lights ... I think it would be so much fun! I sure miss you ... especially this time of year.
yeah, i'm not sure where the tree is, it has yet to show its tree face.
we were going to get a live tree at my place, until i decided it'd be way too much work (I moved recently, and my new place has 4 CATS. No way a tree survives that!). Dave and John were going to put out their tree anyway though, as the fam is going to be there for Christmas Eve. We'll miss you tons!!
Happy Easter! Spring has arrived and it is wonderful to have green grass and beautiful flowering trees up and down most of the roads. These trees are the Japanese flowering cherry which are famous in the Washington D.C. area. There are so many colors as the trees begin to "bloom"....red, orange, lavender, white etc. We are looking forward to the arrival of Karyn, Charlie, Gabbi and Sue this week and hope we can show them a good time while they are here. The second picture was taken out of my bedroom window. Glen is standing next to the "eternal flame" of President Kennedy at Arlington National Cemetery. John and Glen are in front of one of John's favorite restaurants "Paper Moon" in Baltimore. It was a very interesting place. The next picture was taken inside. See if you can guess which one is the dinosaur and which one is me! We will try to take some good pictures and have Sue post them before she leaves. The final two pictures are of Glen being sized up by a lion and of course, what else, The good Easter Bunny.
